• For your application to be considered, it must fully complete.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

1. Buskers are to treat other buskers, customers and event personnel with respect. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
2. Buskers must follow all directions/instructions issued by event staff.
3. Blues at Bridgetown Inc. reserves the right to decline any application. Decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Buskers are responsible for any damage they cause to other property.
5. Buskers may not sell any product or item that has not been approved prior to the event.
6. The following goods are not permitted: • Weapons or imitation weapons (including toys) • Hazardous or flammable goods • ‘Fun string’ and ‘silly string’ type products • Shaving cream • Any goods prohibited by law.
7. Failure to comply with any Term or Condition will adversely affect any application for a future event. It may also result in you being removed from the event site.
8. No dogs or other animals are permitted.

BUSKING HOURS & SITE ALLOCATION

9. Buskers are allocated a performance/busking time period and site at the discretion of Blues at Bridgetown Inc. in the best interests of the Festival.
10. Buskers are not permitted to perform/busk at any location at any other time.
11. Blues at Bridgetown Inc. reserves the right to reallocate Busking Sites and/or reschedule performance/busking times at any time as/if required for any operational reason(s).
12. Busking Site locations may vary due to changes to event layouts.
13. Not all Busking Sites are shaded. Buskers should ensure they have adequate sun as well as rain protection for inclement weather.

PERFORMERS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

14. Performers under the age of 18 years at the time of the event must be under the care of a parent or guardian.

BUSKER’S EQUIPMENT

15. Buskers must bring all their own equipment.
16. Equipment must be placed with care as to not create trip hazards.
17. Equipment and goods must be carried or trolleyed back to vehicles. Care must be taken as the area is crowded with pedestrians.

ROAD CLOSURE, PARKING & ACCESS

18. Road closure is planned to be in effect from Saturday 7:00am to Sunday 4:00am

• Road closure will be confirmed closer to the event

19. During road closure times, no vehicles are permitted on the road.
20. Outside road closure times, vehicles are permitted and must abide by all normal traffic and parking rules/regulations as the road in normal operation.
21. There is no parking provided for Buskers. There is ample parking the surrounding areas during the event.

BUSKER’S POWER & ELECTRICAL

22. All electrical equipment supplied by buskers including power cables and generators must have “in date” test and tag by a licensed electrical contractor.
23. Blues at Bridgetown Inc. production personnel may impound non-tagged electrical equipment including power cables or non-compliant generators. Impounded items can be collected at the conclusion of the event.
